How to costumize an old t-shirt

You Will Need
Old T Shirts
Scissors
Nice & Simple
Description
I took my boring old middle school shirt and cut it up so it's a bit more fun to wear (: It's very simple and can do to any old or small shirt you don't wear anymore.Sorry for poor picture quality. My camera hates me (:
Instructions
Step #1
Get an old plain shirt you don't wear anymore and lay it out on a flat surface.

Step #2
Simply cut a slit about one inch away from the seam of the sleeve on both sides.

Step #3
Continue cutting from one slit to another by cutting near the collar line for an elegant off shoulder look to be paired with a tank top.

Step #4
Fold the back of the shirt in half and cut straight lines about a width of a finger apart from each other. Cut it as long as you desire :)

Step # 5
Stretch and pull the strips you made so they curl up a bit.

Step #6
Once you are done you can cut the lower hem off if you wish. You can do the same to the hems of the sleeves.
You can leave it all as it is or you can weave it to make some cool designs.

Step #7
Take the second string and pull it up from BEHIND the first string

Step #8
Pull the other string down IN FRONT of the green string so it makes a loop like image.

Step #9
Now you take your third string (torquise) and pretty much do the exact same thing as before. Pull it up BEHIND the higher string (purple in this case) and pull down IN FRONT of the purple string creating another loop.
Continue this step until you reach the very last string.

Step #11
Cut the loop in half and tie it to the strips.

Step #12
NOW You have cut up your boring t shirt and turned it into something more fun to wear :)

My Interest.. :)

Song...!

I love downloading musics, especially if I can relate to the LYRICS.. :) Just like this song, by Marina Chello..

Marina Chello — Sideline

I can't keep waiting, waiting
I can't keep waiting, waiting

Show me a sign
Give me a reason to believe in your smile
Cause I'm not seeing anything on your face
It's like our love was erased
From your eyes

Throw me a rope
Don't leave me drowning in an ocean so cold
I really need you to help me understand
Why you don't reach for my hand
When you know I'm hurting

I've been on the sideline waiting baby
Feeling like I'm here alone
I don't wanna be your last resort
Sitting on the bench waiting for your call
I thought that we were closer
I try and I try and you're never around
I say I won't cry, but the tears they come
Pouring and the truth is I
Don't wanna leave but I'm losing my mind
Waiting on the sideline

This is your chance
Our song is playing
And you should want us to dance
You used to laugh when I would step on your feet
Is that just a memory?

Remember when we danced til the sun came up
I'm not a game
You can't replace me if I happen to break
So don't make promises and not follow through
Cause I don't do that to you
Baby can you feel me, yeah?

I've been on the sideline waiting for you
Feeling like I'm here alone
I don't wanna be your last resort
Sitting on the bench waiting for your call
Oh, I thought that we were closer

I try and I try and your never around
I say I won't cry by the tears they come
Pouring and the truth is I
Don't wanna leave but I'm losing my mind
Waiting on the sideline

Some things gotta change
Cause I've been losing faith
I love you but I can't wait here forever
How did you get so far
So far away from my heart?
Don't you realize I'm here too?

I can't keep waiting, waiting
I can't keep waiting, waiting

Cause it don't seem like you do
(I can't keep waiting, waiting)
Cause I am hurt
(I can't keep waiting, waiting)
I don't need hurt from you

You got me waiting on the sideline
I've been on the sideline waiting for you
Feeling like I'm here alone
I don't wanna be your last resort
Sitting on the bench waiting for your call
Oh, I thought that we were closer

I try and I try and you're never around
I say I won't cry, but the tears they keep
Pouring down more and the truth is I
Don't wanna leave but I'm losing my mind
Waiting on the sideline

Oooohh ohh
Cause I am hurt
I don't need hurt from you

You got me waiting on the sideline

I've been hurt by the one I love. I was waiting for him to say sorry and stay with me, but then I was hoping for nothing. He just left me alone and wasted.

After 3 months he came back again, I didn't expect that it will happen. He ask for my forgiveness and he want us back, as in TOGETHER. He was smiling everytime our eyes met.

So as a girl I felt a little bit "kilig". But then in my other part I really don't know what to say or how should I react, But 1 thing is for sure, he's not inlove with me, 'coz if he really does he will not leave me hanging.

But still I am confused, 'coz if I will forgive him he might do it again and hurt me more, at that time I think I dont have a shoulder to cry on, 'Coz if I will tell to my friends about what happen they might hate him, and I don't want them to hate him bcoz i am thinking for the imposible thing to happen and that is "we will get back together". So I keep it on my own.

Why Blog??

                             Why BLOG??

Why blog is important to College Students??

Between classes, internships, part-time jobs, and university organizations, it seems college students these days are trying to do all they can to get ahead. Recognizing the scarcity of jobs that awaits them in the "real world," they strive to do what they can to better market themselves. Obviously, this is great, but there is one avenue only some are utilizing to promote themselves the BLOG. It can help us, REALLY? :)

Given the always evolving digital world we live in promoting one's self online should be a no-brainer. Sure, there are the conventional options such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, but taking the time to develop and maintain a blog can do much more than these simple profiles. As of today many of the students starts using blog as part of them.

In addition to that, blogging regularly has other benefits such as imparting invaluable skills and habits in those that do it.

At the end of the day, my only question to those not blogging is why not? It only takes little to no time and, although some may argue and worry it will get lost in the sea of other online options, you'll never truly know until you try. You owe it to yourself. :)

Internet Etiquettes (Do's and Don'ts)

                             Internet Etiquettes

Do's and Don'ts of Social Networking (Facebook)

 Do's:

  • You should remember that your email messages can be added to your life.
  • Choose an easy to remember e-mail address.  You may use your name or your birthday. Well, its up to you as long as you will not forget it.
  • Give your full name, address, phone number if you want.
  • Spell check your e-mail, and use appropraite punctation.
  • Use some salutations, like e.g., Dear Admissions Officer.
  • Be as polite and respectful in an e-mail as you will do in face-to-face conversation or in phones.
  • Use the “reply with history” function to help the schools to remember the questions that you've ask in previous e-mails.
  • Monitor what is posted on your social networking Web sites (Facebook) to ensure that photos and documents are polite and respectful.

Don’ts:

  • Don’t use all the lowercase or all uppercase letters in an e-mail.  Lowercase is difficult to read, and uppercase feels as if you are nagging or SHOUTING.
  • Don’t use “IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!” or “Please read” as subjects for your e-mail.
  • Don’t post inappropriate or offensive messages about anything that might cause you in trouble.

Do's and Don'ts of Social Networking (Blogs)

Do's:

  • DO post regularly. You should try to post at least once a day, maybe even more.
  • DO tell people you are blogging. Even if you have been blogging for a while, let these people know about your site, as they may become your biggest fans.
  • DO comment on your comments. If you don’t comment, they will feel ignored and may stop visiting.
  • DO subscribe to your own blog. You need to know what your readers see through their RSS feeds. If something is difficult to read, you will know before your readers start running away.

Don’ts:

  • DON’T forget share and social media buttons. This blogging tip is a big one. Without these you are severely limiting your blogs potential and drastically cutting down on the amount of people who will be exposed to your amazing work.
  • DON’T put a ton of ads on your blog. Your visitors don’t like ads, and if there are too many, they won’t click on any of them because they won’t come back. Put up a few pertinent, discretely placed ads to have readers and income potential.
  • DON’T have music or video autoplay on your blog. Even if the aforementioned scenario doesn’t play out, music and other audio like this is annoying.
  • DON’T post just for posting’s sake. Your readers may not appreciate a scattered blog with off-message content and may stop visiting.
  • DON’T use spammy methods to get visitors and readers to your site. Your blog could end up with a bad name, and you could even get it blacklisted from search sites. Shoooot!!
  • DON’T use spammy methods to get visitors and readers to your site. If you do things that are funky, fishy and maybe a bit spammy, you won’t get off to a good start. Your blog could end up with a bad name, and you could even get it blacklisted from search sites. Ouch!

Do's and Don'ts of Social Networking (E-mail)

  1. Do not treat an e-mail like a conversation.
  2. Keep messages short. A good e-mail should take only 15-30 seconds to read and absorb.
  3. Establish the right tone upfront. E-mail messages have a momentum.
  4. Remember the permanent nature of e-mails. Using e-mail to praise helps people remember the kind words.
  5. Keep your objective in mind.
  6. Do not write notes when you are not yourself.
  7. Do not take the bait. Simply do not respond to edgy e-mails in kind. Change the venue to be more effective.
  8. Be careful with use of pronouns in e-mail. Pronouns establish the tone.
  9. Avoid using “absolutes.” Avoid words such as: never, always, impossible, or cannot.
  10. Avoid sarcasm. Humor at the expense of another person in an e-mail will come back to haunt you.
  11. Learn techniques to keep your inbox clean (down to zero notes each day) so you are highly responsive when needed.
  12. Understand the rules for writing challenging notes so you always get the result you want rather than create a need for damage control.

After receiving her new identity at PPP headquarters, "Rosie" learns that she will temporarily be living with the family of the agent who just rescued her. At first, young Carter Mason (Selena_Gomez) isn't quite sure what to make of her new houseguest. All Carter knows is that "Rosie" is posing as her cousin from Iowa, and that it's going to take a lot of work to help the princess fit in at her local high school. At first the two girls seem to share little in common except for their age, though when "Rosie" nominates Carter for homecoming queen over the vehement objections of popular girls Chelsea and Brooke, the ice begins to thaw. Realizing that "Rosie" is more than just an air-headed princess from an unknown country, Carter begins brainstorming for a means of helping her new pal regain her throne, no matter what the risk. Jason Buchanan, Rovi.
Princes protection program is a top-secret agency funded by the world's royal families. They are actively
providing protection to 29 princesses, all of whom have been threatened in one way or another.

Feedback:

This movie is very nice, suitable for Children Age 9 - 12. Princess Protection Program is a harmless movie that Disney-loving 'tweens will enjoy. This movie portrays an uplifting story for older kids and tweens that focuses on friendship and staying true to oneself. The movie contains a few scenes of brief mild violence of highly unrealistic sort, and some kids in the movie have mean, snotty or bad attitudes, but princess Rosalinda or Rosie sets a royal example in all situations. She is so cool, i really like this movie.. :)

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE!

Moncy: As a tourism student I want to be a flight attendant/Cruise ship attendant, 'coz by being a flight attendant or a cruise ship attendant is an opportunity to grab and a big achievement for me. And aside from that I can travel to any places for free and being paid. :) And of course in an international cruise ship like Norwegian Cruise Line where my uncle works there as a Pastry Chef and his wife as a Casino Manager.

So I searched for some tips that could help me to become a flight attendant. And here are some of them, SOURCE: Flight attendant
WEBSITE: http://www.flightattendantcareers.com

This are the tips or the qualification of a being a flight attendant:

Some airlines require college courses or a degree, but most just require a high school education.
Usually the minimum age is 21. Some smaller regional airlines hire at 19 or 20.
You language skills will be a plus.

Job qualifications:
1. Customer service background, and at least some work experience.2. Must be well groomed, poised, friendly, gracious under pressure.
3. No visible tattoos (usually above the shoulders, below the elbows, below the knees. No piercings except one in each ear.
4. Must be willing to relocate to whichever base you are assigned.
5. Must be flexible about your hours. The first year or several years you will be "on reserve" which means you are on call and never have an assigned schedule.
6. You could get called with 2 hours notice to report to the airport in uniform ready to leave on a 2,3 or 4 day trip or even longer for the charter airlines.

When airlines open up a period where they are accepting applications, it is usually a for a very short period because they tend to be flooded with applicants.
The best advice is to go on the website of an airline you are interested in working for, and click on careers or employment to find the qualifications and if they are accepting applications.

A good website is http://www.flightattendantcareers.com
On that site is a list of the airlines currently accepting applications and a lot of information about the job itself.

If you are called for an interview, the last thing the recruiter wants to hear is "I just love people, everyone says I have a good personality, etc."

The airlines are looking for flexible, dependable employees who can contribute to the success of the company.
Let them know what you can do for them to provide great customer service.

If you don't hear from an airline right away, just keep applying, and be sure to register on the careers website of the airlines so you can be set up to receive job alerts.
If you do not have any customer service background, you could start out at the airline working in reservations, ticketing or gates, and then internally transfer.
That way you can start at your nearest airport.

Good luck! It is a fun and rewarding job.
